I love having quick access to my stats through the day. The Q score also encourages me to get up and moving through the day because I want to keep it high!

I haven't used the ring just yet and will come back to give a full review. But it runs SMALL! I purchased the ring sizer and still needed 1.5 sizes bigger than my actual ring size.

Comfortable and easy to use.

I’ve had my new ring for a couple of days and so far I love it. It took a few tries to pair it to my iPhone but eventually it paired. The app is easy to use and understand. The ring fits comfortably on my index finger and I love the silicone ring guard. I will definitely be ordering more colors.
