I haven't used the ring just yet and will come back to give a full review. But it runs SMALL! I purchased the ring sizer and still needed 1.5 sizes bigger than my actual ring size.

Comfortable and easy to use.

I’ve had my new ring for a couple of days and so far I love it. It took a few tries to pair it to my iPhone but eventually it paired. The app is easy to use and understand. The ring fits comfortably on my index finger and I love the silicone ring guard. I will definitely be ordering more colors.

Wish you could adjust distances

Really enjoying the ring. I’m focusing more on recovery and stress management and this has been a great tool. I would love it if there was a way to adjust distances after a run or a walk- it’s definitely not accurate. But otherwise, I really like it.

Not bad, but smart watches are more accurate.

I like it, but it doesn’t track fitness rigor nearly as good as my smart watch. I hate wearing watches, so I was excited to get this. I don’t know if my grip when I do rows, ride my bike, or lift weights those the ring off.

Bulky and feels cheap

The ring is very bulky feels cheap. I was on the fence about ordering it after reading some of the reviews. I decided to take a chance on it and I fully regret it at this point. It’s bulky, uncomfortable and the covers stretch out fast, the ring itself looks cheap and scratches quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
