After purchasing a defective batch at the grocery store, the company reimbursed me by providing a replacement. The replacement was every bit as good as the product I have enjoyed for several years! The flavor are subtle and there is no bitter after taste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought this coffee several times. It has a good coffee taste but still has that hint of caramel I love.
