We bought this for our small office. It is working well to fit the needs of our organization. Setup was a breeze and the features are exactly what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend this product.

The printer print quality (when it works) is great. But we had to return the printer. The print speed was only what was specified on the first 3 prints, then it slows down. The software is terribly buggy. Constantly goes to sleep, even when you're in the process of pushing buttons on the screen, then resets and loses all paper settings. Randomly resets paper settings in the middle of a job. Reverses width and height in the software so you have to override it and set them backwards just to print. Doesn't handle anything other than plain paper despite supposedly handling other media.

Fast, crisp, clean printer

Recently purchased for a minor office upgrade. Speed, duplexing, and the availability of large ink cartridges were a must. The Versalink C620 was easy to set up and interface on the network for sharing. The print quality is fast, crisp, and clean. The paper tray is large enough to handle a full sleeve of printer paper. Well designed printer with all of the desired functions.

Great color photo reproduction for a laser printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this printer after my 2004 Xerox 6250 Phaser finally was getting just too old to find consumables for, but decided even though Xerox is not the powerhouse it used to be as a company their color laser printers still are top notch as far as I have experienced with the VersaLink C620. Lots of toner preinstalled and very good management tools and overall reliability!!

Fast with great paper handling.

Although I have only had this for a couple of weeks, I have used it to print over a thousand double-sided A5 pages. The print quality is excellent, and an additional paper tray is on its way.

Beast at Simple Jobs Not an Envelope Printer

I have owned the Xerox VersaLink C620 Color Printer for less than one month as of now. It is a beast when it comes to printing simple documents over and over and over. It is perhaps the worst printer I have ever used for printing envelopes. It is constantly crashing, having to be shutdown and restarted, sometimes it may print one or two before crashing other times nothing, then it forgets the jobs after a while and I have to manually figure out where it left off and try to submit partial print jobs. If you are printing a flyer, or simple document a few hundred to several thousand times, this is a great printer! If you are printing envelopes or complex jobs, consider a different device.
