Website needs to be more user friendly. My initial search for my specific replacement battery yielded no result. I had to search by my specific backup unit, and THAT wasn't user friendly.

The correct product and reasonably fast delivery. The installation was quick and easy. The old battery was shipped to your approved recycling firm in Dallas with the label you provided
I would recommend this to a friend!

The replacement battery fixed a thrift shop find. It now provides stable backup power for home network. Also APC recycled the old battery at no cost to me. It’s all good.

Easy replacement. Easy return (although the printed return UPS label was huge)

3rd replacement battery in my old APC BP500CLR. They just keep going and doing what they're supposed to do. Easy to replace and the battery "recycling" program label is a big plus.
