Poorly designed

I purchased this product with a SMART5000XFMRXL but the unit is designed in such a way that when you attach it to the SMART5000XFMRXL the cable is too short and/or the unit does not go deep enough into the rack so the BP48V24-2U has to 'float' in the rack since it has to be pushed practically to the middle of the rack shelf so that it can be attached properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy set up, and good piece of mind for our phone system. Having an additional battery line on top of the initial UPS.
