I work from home, and 5-10 times a months I need to do a conference call with my colleagues elsewhere. This headset worked very well for me so far. I like that the headphones are over the ear, i. e. they completely cover my ear lobes and rest on the skin of my head. The previous set I had was on-the-ear, and my ear lobes hurt like crazy after 1 hour of call. This is a lot better.
The sound quality and mic noise concentration seem to be good.
Overall, I'd say this is a good low- to mid-level headset for office workers.

The audio quality is just fine as far as I'm concerned, and the mic quality is okay. It does feel a little flimsy for the price, and the headphones dont block out sound very well. It fits over my ears well but I wish the fit of the band could be locked in place rather than only stretching as needed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
