I have had two cartridges in a row that either malfunctioned with the chip or was leaking when I got it. I rely on this expensive ink for my business and have been beyond frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too Expensive - Don't Buy HP Products of any kind

Works great. HP has made sure no one else can supply ink for their printers via the "Chip" in the cartridge, essentially making a monopoly and therefore they can charge outrageous prices for the ink needed. DON'T buy HP products since they will assault your wallet with the consumable prices.

Cyan Cartridge identified as "Foreign" and will not load. Needs to be returned and replaced. Fortunately for me I had more than one, because plotter would not operate until a working cartridge was installed and my business would have been dead-in-the-water. You can't make this crap up! Whose in charge over there, anyway?
