I bought two sizes of this Samsonite luggage in a very nice colour green. I have never owned matching luggage before. I felt pretty stylish in the airports! Rolling my nice green suitcases so easily on either side of me. Wasn't I clever to choose them?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can talk ages about how I love Samsonite products and their quality, but here you are some pros for this amazing spinner.
1 - obviously great and stylish design;
2 - very high quality and good material double wheels;
3 - color will never fade as its not painted its a color of a material;
4 - easy to regulate handle;
5 - multi pockets for everything you need to be safe and sound;
6 - TSA 3-dial combination recessed lock;
7 - curtain with pockets to separate for example shoes from clothes

The luggage looks and works great. The issue is the passcode on the smallest piece of luggage is locked with the zippers locked. When we tried putting in 000 it stays locked. We would just like to be able to unlock our smallest suitcase.

Love the suitcase. Do not love the anxiety produced by being unable to open the suitcase for an entire day. Customer service rep helped, but my husband solved the problem by giving the latch an extra strong push, which opened it. The "instructions" (which were inside the locked suitcase) are ludicrous. It's a drawing of the latch and lock with red arrows indicating which way to push the lock. NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. No help with changing lock code. Just go to u-tube videos. Sampsonite is an icon of luggage. Surely they could produce a comprehensible set of instructions.

Just purchased suitcase. Used it a few days later on one non stop flight. Went to roll it through the airport to car and one wheel was a. Chewed up. Very unhappy especially since my prior suitcase lasted for 10 years.
