Picture was good touch would work only to start a program would not scroll a page or zoom in like other touch screen I’ve used that was why I wanted it so wasn’t very happy with it

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the touchscreen feature is not working properly. To resolve the issue, please check if the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor and it is running with the most current update for the OS and video driver. You may need to install the monitor driver, it is available for download at: https://www.asus.com/us/displays-desktops/monitors/business/be24ecsbt/helpdesk_download?model2Name=BE24ECSBT.
