We're sorry to hear about your experience with the NVMe drive. Compatibility with specific systems can sometimes require additional drivers or steps. For windows 11 installations, ensure you have the latest firmware updates for your Dell system and confirm that required NVMe drivers are preloaded. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support team for further assistance by opening a ticket at (https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/askweb)

Sorry to hear that your SSD is not being recognized-this isn't expected from our products. Please try using a different cable or port, if Disk Management still does not detect it, our support team is here to help with troubleshooting or a replacement if needed.
Bought for my main PC over a year ago, came back to buy another for a friend. It's fast enough that I don't know if I'd notice a difference if I spent more on a WD_Black, and that's all I need.
