Very good, but there are a few drawbacks

I love my Samsung products and even this monitor makes me happy to do hobbies or work on projects that I love. Having the high resolution and color accuracy is important to me. The additional TV feature is also nice to have if I have to pass the time.
I do have a few qualms that come with this monitor though that I think need to improve.
-Samsung remotes cause the monitor to turn on regardless if they belong to other devices. this can be a bit frustrating when I only want to turn on one device.
-My color calibration didn't give me Delta >2 when I set it up in pro mode. Not sure if it was cause my Fold 4 is a bit outdate or if there were other conditions even though I tried this in a dark room.
-When connecting with DisplayPort, the camera is not recognized by my other computer. Its kind of a hassle to switch to different computers to use a webcam or when the webcam is not available for the more powerful computer to use.
-Audio quality is okay, but I think it could have use more speakers for power or a different covering material.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I wanted a monitor with smart features but this monitor is the total package. Looks great no matter what computer, I primarily use this with my Mac and it is amazing for video editing. 10/10 would recommend.

Major major connectivity issues

I would avoid this model/version. Samsung makes so many great products, amazing products, this is not close to even be number 100 on that list. If you want to constantly needing to hard reset the monitor just to start working in the morning, go for it. It cannot go one day sustaining connection to computer.
Just do a quick search online for S9 doesnt wake up when connected to a computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful picture, audio needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor provides a beautiful picture, which is what is expected. I use it with a Mac Mini M2 Pro, and it pairs well. The speakers are so lack luster, I had to purchase separate desktop speakers. The frame is plastic, but it doesn't bother me since it's barely noticed. The stand is solid aluminum and looks and works great. This is a worthy alternative to the Apple display, if the speakers don't matter too much to you.

Great monitor - when it works. I bought the Samsung S9 to use with my Mac Studio for photography work. It took me a long time and a lot of cables before I could get it working as a monitor. (The plug in on the back never feels like the cable is 100% in.) Once I did with a Thunderbolt cable (which I tried unsuccessfully a number of times prior) I was impressed. Great resolution and minimal glare for a decent price. Now all of a sudden in the middle of a big project it simply disconnected and I can’t get it back up as a monitor. Very frustrating because my other monitors work just fine with the same cable. Hate to give up, but I need something reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A very poor screen

This product is quite puzzling. It’s essentially just a simple screen, yet it includes a so-called “smart system” which is, in reality, quite foolish. This feature is utterly redundant and complicates the user experience to the point of frustration.
