Great Features, Poor Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad that I purchased these overall. They have great features over the original Galaxy Buds that I like. For example, when you speak the ear Buds stop music until you either touch them or a few seconds have passed so you can have a conversation. Noise cancelation, better battery, smaller case. What I don't like? The fit. They hurt my ears after about 10 minutes, they arnt as secure I've had them fall out before while cleaning.
Another thing I've never encountered before but have with this. Is the earbud rubber piece has detached from the earbud itself when removing it and the rubber stayed in my ear. Was very panicky until I could get some tweezers to pull it out. Like the features, hate the fit and what they changed with the shape of the ear buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Idk maybe my ears just weren't meant for ear buds but I can't get them to comfortably feel secure. The little while they are in for they perform flawless and I love the functions.
