[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and installation is simple however I had to search online to make sure I was installing properly because the instruction manual is very little stated on what to do. I have an Android and found that this only works with a selection of games. However I do like that once I stationed my phone securely on the device it made gaming a lot more fun! The controller is very responsive and simple to navigate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this is SO easy to use. Open up the box, read the directions, and you are good to go. I think from the time we opened the box to the time we were playing and enjoying it was less then 10 minutes!!! We can game anywhere!!! We can use a app and play the games we would use on our home consoles. This is one of those awesome gadgets we never knew we needed, but now can't live without! My whole family could not be happier with the Stratus +. LOVE IT!!!

Great for window users!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as specified. Had a little trouble getting it to work with Windows 10. The Bluetooth was able to connect but it wouldn’t show in device manager as an added device. I also tried a usb cable and no bueno. After 30 minutes of googling, I found a comment where someone said try a different USB cable, and that did the trick! The controller is very responsive, customizable with the SteelSeries application and very similar to the feel of an Xbox 1 controller. I haven’t tried it on Android yet but I’m sure it will work the same. I’m definitely excited about this controller. No lag over Bluetooth. Oh and make sure you upgrade the firmware before using it. You can do that by installing the SteelSeries Application and then (for the first time) plugging in your controller via USB (not Bluetooth). Once the firmware is done, then you can change it back to Bluetooth.

I can actually play games on my phone the way they were meant to be played. Easy to set up, looks nice, packs away in my backpack easily. I definitely recommend this, especially if you travel or are riding on a bus/plane a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this remote. I was able to connect via Bluetooth, however was not able to use remote for games. It would scroll through phone, but not control games. Customer service was unable to resolve issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this to play fortnite from my phone. The controller is nice because you can attach your phone to the mount but it took me some time to get used to the buttons. I normally play my switch. I decided to keep this in my car so my kids could have something to do while at appointments and odd things. It's made of plastic like all remotes, seems to hold up well. I'm afraid it might break if accidentally dropped but so far no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this controller for about a week now and can honestly say that I am completely blown away. This Steelseries Stratus + controller far exceeded my expectations. Not only is it the best computer gaming controller available on the market, but it also works with games on my phone! I'm not much of a fan of using the keyboard and mouse to navigate when gaming on my laptop. This makes things so much more enjoyable and easier to play. And controlling a game using the touchscreen of a mobile phone isn't the easiest thing to do. Now those problems are a thing of the past now that I have this. The controller is extremely well made and the Bluetooth connection is spot on. It does not miss a beat. The clamp that connects the controller to a mobile phone is very sturdy. I don't have to worry about my phone falling off the controller. The battery is long lasting, it's been a week now and I have not yet to charge it. This is the perfect gift for any gamer. I highly recommend it!
