Fun for those downtimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Stratus+ for review. I downloaded games and let my 10-year-old and 13-year-old children play with it. They both had fun playing on it it was a little difficult to set up the original game, but as soon as we figured it out there's a lot of fun for the whole family.

I mean, getting his attention for even just a second is a challenge and more often than not I’m met with “In a minute mom”. Now, (and I’m not sure this is a good thing) I can add his phone to his list of distractions. He loves this Stratus+! Easy hookup, easy gameplay with the controller turns any phone into a gamer’s dream. Definitely a must buy for all the mothers out there! Trust me, your kid will love you for it. Lol

Feels Great In My Hands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfort is great. The controller is easy to grip and you have a lot of control. It fits very nicely in my hands. Sometimes with certain controllers you will get hand fatigue, but with this controller, I don't see that happening at all. Functionality has been awesome and I haven't had any issues with lag during gameplay. Connection is fast and easy and is basically plug and play, so it's really simple to get set up. The buttons on the controller are tight and the trigger buttons are smooth. Most importantly, the joysticks feel well made and react accordingly. You can't go wrong with this Stratus controller. It's a well made controller, for a serious gamer.

Phone "Game" changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This controller itself is light weight and comfortable to hold. I have small hands, and I was easily able reach all the buttons and switches on the top and front of the controller. The buttons are very responsive, and the joysticks have a smooth action with rubber tops, allowing for a nice grip for your thumbs. The controller quickly connected to my phone’s Bluetooth when I turned it on and was easy to use for navigation. There are quite a few indicator lights on the controller, and I had to refer to the instruction manual to know what they all meant. Physically, I found the phone installation a bit cumbersome. There are 2 pins that need to be inserted into the controller. When I was trying to insert the pins, they had the tendency to fold back into the holder. It was a bit awkward to keep them out, but once I had them inserted, they held the phone well. Once the phone is installed on the controller, it becomes a little top heavy so if you have a large phone (the controller can accommodate up to a 3.5” wide device), this set up might not be as comfortable to use. My phone is a medium sized and I had no issues with the weight of the phone attached to the controller. This has become one of my travel staples so I can game in hotels or during road trips and has brought a whole new dimension to playing on my phone. The charger has a rechargeable battery that has a long life (90hrs), and so far, I would say that’s pretty accurate.

Exceptional PC controller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using wired Xbox 360 controllers for my PC for years and have tried wireless ones in the past. Most have awful battery life or unresponsive and laggy controls. This stratus has changed that. It's responsive and quick, and after several hours of gaming I haven't had to mess with the battery at all. All of the games I've tried on steam so far have worked flawlessly and have been fully supported. I can finally retire my old wired pads and stop dealing with the cord. I'm incredibly satisfied with this product.
