Love my phone

Great portable phone with some caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off from a portability perspective the device is great. Love the ability to take or end calls by flipping it open or closed. The outer screen is great and nicely organized but also provides the ability to customize.
The speed of the phone is great. Plays games without stuttering.
The cons:
Battery life is bad. As a power user I find myself reaching for the charger more often. Also charges much much slower than my s23 and fold.

I love my phone!

I love the ease of accessability and have incorporated Galaxy AI into my daily task such as proof-reading messages and email, asking random questions, scheduling, and so much more. I love the form factor of the Samsuny Galaxy Flip 6 since it's sleek and extremely portable. I came from using a Note, to the S20 series phones so it's nice to shake things up.

Perfect for my pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Gemini feature several times a day to be reminded of the proper order task should be completed to nail preventative maintenance orders in a timely manner. I really love how personable the conversation is with Gemini. I have struggled to find a find a phone that I couldn't destroy simply by using it for the exact reason I purchased it until I found the Flip 6. My favorite feature is that it folds small enough to fit in my pocket and unfolds large enough for me to be able to hit the keyboard with ease. I have even used it partially unfolded so that it can prop itself up and I could use the flashlight to point at equipment that I was working on. The camera is great, the screens are durable, bold, and vibrant, and I never had any issues with the internal screen messing up like I did with my Fold 4. I really like that it had the call information on the front screen as well so I didn't have to open it to see who was calling or what the notification was.

I love the size and flip screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size, fits easily into an outside pocket of my purse where I can grab the loop on the case to pull it out. I like seeing notifications on the flip outside screen, no need to open the phone. Brilliant! Love how I can organize my apps in groups for easy access. The refresh rate is great and visual and hearing settings fit my special needs: eye issues and hearing aids. Best phone ever!

Not a good buy

If I could give less than one star it would still be too much. This phone is a big piece of garbage. Don't waste your money in it. I bought one and after three months it stop working. I then had to send it back in for repairs, which costed over more money. I wish I'd never wasted my money. Please reconsider purchasing this phone. YOU'RE WELCOME

We always want our customers to have the best experience with their devices. We would like to offer some infomation about our Samsung Z Assurance program. Samsung's Z assurance offers a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. To qualify, you must register your device with a Samsung account. This offer is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand devices. The promotion applies only to the interior folding screen and excludes other repairs like the front screen or back glass. You can access this service through Samsung’s support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. Additional damages will be assessed separately, and if deemed out of warranty, additional costs may apply.
