Love the phone, but the hinge needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said, I love the phone, and I will continue to get the Z Flip series. That's how much I love it. However, my only gripe is that the hinge is more fragile than the screens. Reason being is I have a case that when I fold my Flip, it does not cover the hinge. So one time I pulled it out of my pocket (folded) and dropped it... Right on the hinge. Now nothing happened, for a while. Until I started noticing my screen started to flicker, and when I closed my phone there was a loud pop sound everytime. The hinge should not be that delicate, especially with all of the connections and ribbons going through it. With that, I have learned my lesson and I will get a case that protects the hinge, but I shouldn't have to.

Best Phone ever

Good phone, great upgrades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have really liked the flip 6. It was such an upgrade from the 5 which we had before. The majorly upgraded camera, out side screen... just a great little phone. We have not really learned how to use the galaxy Ai much, but i know a lot of folks seem to like that alot. Only reason that I've given less than a full 5 stars is that this model seems more prone to inner screen problems than the previous generation. That being said, Samsung has been absolutely phenomenal in dealing with those. Can't wait for the flip 7.

Is good, but not enough

Samsung's AI sometimes activates itself, which scares me. But when I really need it, it responds quickly.
In conclusion, it's a phone in development, but I like the concept. I'd like my next phone to be a Galaxy S26 so I can evaluate it.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is a amazing phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Z Flip 6 about 6 months ago and fell in love with it. The ability to "close" the phone brings me back to the early 2000s. The small size of the phone means it can fit pretty much anywhere and the convenience of the front screen is awesome. 10/10 would buy this phone again.

Slowly going through the tutorials and finding something new every moment. The A.I. is enjoyable and she and i are learning every day.This phone is perfect for me. Maybe one day the flip,7,8,9 will come with a stylist who knows. Can not wait to see what is next.

Fun phone with flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the Flip series. I've had a flip phone since Flip 3. However, for every flip phone I've had to get warranty repair done to it. My current Flip 6 had the inner touch controls due and the screen had to be replaced under warranty. Currently the phone display pops when opening and closing, along with applying pressure on the right side of the center inner display.
I use the phone for light gaming, video editing, and browsing social media. With the use of Galaxy AI, I am able to quickly use useful tools to share. Picture quality on this device is really good. The video quality is fairly poor.
