Screen went black after 7 months

I loved using this phone. It was great. Especially being able to tuck it in any pocket or a tiny purse.
Unfortunately, after only 7 months, the open screen went black. The phone still works, i can feel it vibrate while the phone is open but it won't turn on. I tried all of the tricks and techniques on the internet and nothing worked. The authorized fixit dealership was no help and the only way to get it fixed is to mail it to Samsung and because of my work, I just can't be without a phone for any period of time.
Had to get a new phone but since I can't get into the old one, I can't use Smart Switch to transfer my data. I've been able to get most of it from the cloud but I lost almost all of my pictures over the years. Yes, they are also on the cloud but I have to download each one and create new albums.
I lost a few other apps that didn't transfer over that had important information needed.
Some people have this phone and never have any issues. Just do your research.

Samsung Z Flip 6

I do love the front screen features being able to do pretty much everything on the front screen that I can with the full screen, and with whatever I'm doing on front screen it moves seamlessly to the main screen when I open the the phone. I do love the erase feature for my photos. The Samsung Z Flip 6 takes great photos and has many features to make the photos professional looking. The video features are amazing I love being able to use the phone like a old video recorder by having the phone half folded,and changing the main screen to front or back camera,doing video of yourself and something else. I only do wish it had the 100x zoom as my Samsung ultra did.Overall this is a great little phone that packs all the great features.

While the crease remains and it's pricey, the Z Flip 6 offers a compelling foldable experience.

Easy to connect and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my ZFlip 4 to upgrade to the ZFlip 6. BEST MOVE EVER! I have had no issues when trying to connect my device to ther WiFi or Bluetooth devices. This alone is a huge win, no more loosing my GPS in the car which means no more getting lost! My Microsoft, Samsung and Google accounts are all able to synch the way I need for work and personal. Lastly this device is lightweight and compact making it easy carry even when you have no pockets. Well worth the investment 😉

The only phone for Me

The flip 6 operators seamless across all apps. Folding has a convience that i find with no other phone it self standing when I talk , portable when I carry in my pocket/jacket ect. The flip has a enormous speed and storage abilities . The flip is the only phone I will invest in within the coming years. The on line upgrades are fantastic. The flip 6 is fast and made convenient to use .

This perfect powerful pocket sized phone packs a punch! Ir completes me! Get one, you'll know what I mean. Cant image life without it.
