[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had no problems with my s24 ultra. The 5g service from my provider unleashes the phones full potential. From daily driving routines, to checking out my CCTV cameras at home, to disarming my home alarm system, to opening my garage, to requesting rides, to paying bills, to listening to music, to working with my Oral B toothbrush app, to remote printing, to interating an insurance driving app this phone can handle it ALL. Speed is phenomenal. Sound quality is superb. So many options for customizing about anything and everything. Ive never once reached out to Samsung for any problems with this phone as I haven't had any. I feel confident with Samsung wallet and Google wallet security on this phone. Great durability with a screen protector and higher quality phone case. Ability to integrate your daily personal and work calendar is enjoyed. Ability to work with anything Google related. Hoping it last me for many years to come. Im not up to date with using AI. The phones ability to use Galaxy AI is fully at the user's hands. I would clearly buy the same model, ultra, should I ever need a replacement. Thanks for an awesome product Samsung!!!

S24 Ultra makes my mobile business work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has crisp, vivid graphics, a snappy processor, plenty of memory, and a secure, easy to use operating system. Tons of thoughtful convenience features and all day battery life makes it a great alternative to using a laptop PC or tablet for most tasks in my business as an IT field technician. The integrated s-pen allows me to fill out work orders and collect customer signatures on site, making my business paperless.
The pressure and tilt sensitivity of the s pen allows me to whip out the S24 ultra for quick sketches in my hobby as a portrait artist. The Galaxy AI features allow me to quickly turn scribbles into useful illustrations.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S24 ultra!! The features are great and gives me the opportunity to use my phone for multiple purposes. I use it for work, school, and entertainment. The AI feature is new for me but I am learning how to use it!! I wouldn't get any other phone than a Samsung Galaxy. All the different capabilities it has makes it the perfect phone, and it's durable as well. I recommend Samsung phones to everyone!!

The camera is obviously the absolute best

The AI features are so helpful day to day, I use the "circle" feature constantly to identify plants, animals, find items that I want to shop for, look up words, literally EVERYTHING! The swipe feature for texting has been and always will be a staple and favorite feature. Split screen helps me multi-task. I just love this phone, its been my favorite.

A Year Later – Still Impressed by AI Features

What stands out most for me are the AI-powered features. I often write in English, and the built-in AI text correction has been a huge help—it catches grammar and spelling mistakes instantly and makes my writing feel more polished and professional.
Another feature I use almost daily is the AI object eraser in the photo editor. It’s incredibly accurate at removing unwanted objects from pictures, whether it's people in the background or small distractions. It makes my photos look clean and professional with just a few taps.
Even after a year, the performance remains smooth, and the battery life is still solid. The display is as beautiful as ever, and the camera continues to impress.
Overall, the S24 Ultra has aged very well and the AI tools have become an essential part of my workflow and creativity.

Best upgrade I've ever done

I'm on SM daily and use Google AI way too much, plus I take a lot of pictures and download videos. This phone has a lot of storage and it's absolutely the most positive experience I've had with a Samsung phone. Thank you T-Mobile!!!
