Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: A Powerhouse Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy S24 Ultra for a months, and honestly, it’s a lot—in the best way. Let’s start with the design: it’s sleek, with that flat-edge screen Samsung finally brought back (thank goodness), and the titanium frame feels premium without being overly heavy. The matte finish on the back is a fingerprint magnet’s worst enemy, which I appreciate.
The display is ridiculous. Bright, vibrant, and buttery smooth at 120Hz. I watched a 4K HDR video outdoors, and I could actually see it in direct sunlight. The anti-reflective coating works? Who knew. The S Pen is still here if you’re into doodling or precise note-taking, though I mostly used it to annoy my cat.
Cameras? Yeah, they’re insane. The 200MP main sensor captures stupidly detailed shots, and the 5x optical zoom is *chef’s kiss* for concerts or wildlife pics. Low-light performance is solid, though I noticed some over-processing in night mode—faces can look a tad waxy. The 50MP selfie cam is almost too good (RIP, my pores).
Performance-wise, this thing flies. Apps open instantly, multitasking is seamless, and gaming feels console-level smooth. Battery life easily lasts a full day, even with heavy use, and the 45W charging gets me from 0 to 70% in 30 minutes. No complaints there.
My gripes? It’s still a brick—awkward to use one-handed. The sharp corners dig into my palm sometimes. Also, why no charger in the box in 2024? And the price… oof. You’re paying a premium, but you want the absolute best

Great, but not for 1500

But the 'ai' stuff is very very basic and doesn't really improve the experience, i usually forget these features exist, and whenever the phone falls the stylus falls out so i've lost it before and had to run around my campus looking for it. So idk, the cameras are amazing and i love the phone, but for 1500 u would expect a little more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the s23 ultra to an s24 ultra seemed like a stupid idea to me. And if my s23 ultra hadn't bricked itself, it probably would have been! It's the small things that impress you though. The flat screen is fantastic as it has greatly increased durability over the curved edges of the previous phones. Overall the performance boost, seamless integration of apps between devices, and better utility makes it an amazing phone.
