great customization, solid AI

I bought it 2 weeks ago and very happy with purchase. I like the number pf customizations I can do. AI is great. I can do so many things with camera and then use AI to do many things.
Best Samsung device I have owned to date. So far, everything has been flawless. The trade in process was great, which adds substantial value. The device performs flawlessly. The UI is close to perfect. I can't think of any other device that fills my needs as well.
I really enjoy using my S24 Ultra. I used the Samsung trade-in Program to trade my Galaxy S22 Ultra and received a substantial discount on my new phone. Everything went smoothly and the service is excellent.
Phone works as expected just a little freezing on the touch screen at times

So far, so good! I may have jumped the gun by upgrading from my S23 Ultra but I really love the look and feel of the S24 series. The Ultra just feels better in my hands and I'm glad they went away from the curved screen. The brushed metal on the sides seems as if it will hold up better over time (fewer scratches). As always, photos are amazing and sound quality is great. I'm a loyal Samsung customer and I'm very happy with my S24 Ultra!
