Love the features of this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from the S10. I love the Galaxy AI feature. It's really useful when editing photos and doing quick translations. The camera is also fantastic. I used it instead of buying new opera glasses for the concert. The S Pen is another favorite feature of this phone. It makes me much more productive.

I didnt like with corner is sharped and why not better is corner curved like s24 that one !...if you can make new with corner curved like s24 then look nice and put in pocket nice than sharped.

Each time I venture off to another competitor's phone, I always find myself going back to Samsung! S24U does not disappoint as their main flagship phone and Samsung always has the best color options compared to it's competitors!
Super fast and beautiful screen. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the fingerprint sensor and the facial recognition on it is terrible. I feel like I’m always fighting to get the phone unlocked. Even getting to the screen to put in the pin is more trouble than any other phone I’ve tried. I think if they would have put the fingerprint sensor in the side button like on the fold that would have been perfect. As far as the facial recognition they should just give up putting it on phones until they figure it out. The battery life is pretty darn good considering how bright and vibrant the screen is. The processor is super fast. The camera is nice but not quite as great as everyone made it sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are having difficulty unlocking with Face recognition, you can try the face registration again. Remove the current face data by opening Settings, and then tapping Security and Privacy. Tap Biometrics, then tap Face Recognition, and then enter your credentials. You can now tap Remove face data to clear your data so that you can have a fresh start. We've attached a couple of links to help you troubleshoot the fingerprint as well as facial recognition. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Great phone with sooooo many features! I love the circle to search and I can now stream music and calls directly to my Oticon Hearing Aids which is just a beautiful thing!
My son loves this phone! It's fast and works great! Definitely recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sturdy, reliable, easy transfer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is easily one of the best on the market. The camera is great but could use some enhancement with zoom in details. The night mode is surreal and could see better than human eyes.
The speed is great but sometimes it does lag for a new device. Nothing major but things I don't really like seeing in a new device.
Graphics are spot on and have mo difficulty using my ps remote when internet is stable.
Samsung Dex is great but I wish I could use full blown word so it could replace my laptop.
