As the spiritual successor to the Galaxy Note series, the S24 Ultra integrates the S Pen and a suite of professional-grade features, making it one of the most capable smartphones available in 2024.
Design and Build Quality
The Galaxy S24 Ultra introduces a refined design with a titanium frame, replacing the aluminum used in previous models. This change enhances durability while maintaining a premium aesthetic. The device features a flat 6.8-inch display, a departure from the curved edges of its predecessors, which improves usability with the S Pen and reduces accidental touches. The back panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Armor, offering increased resistance to scratches and drops. Despite the use of titanium, the phone remains relatively heavy at 232 grams, but the weight distribution is well-balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the recent updates, though I have encountered a few that could be improved from a user-friendliness perspective. Specifically, within my contacts, my favorite contacts have been moved under the "Recently Added" section. I am curious as to why the "Recently Added" list is prioritized at the top of my contact list. Additionally, I found the swipe-down gesture from the top-right corner, which opens the settings, to be less than ideal. Some of us with smaller hands still prefer larger phones, and this update makes it challenging to access notifications. I find myself having to adjust my grip to prevent dropping the phone while trying to reach the middle of the screen with my thumb to view notifications. I have been a loyal Samsung user for the past 10 to 12 years, and I would greatly appreciate it if future updates were easier to navigate. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with Samsung; everything else is excellent, and I have no other complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably the best phone ive had so far. Always been reliable and haven't had no problems at all. Galaxy AI is pretty interesting and I use it quite a bit asking all kinds of questions, amazing how it can find the information I need so fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a Samsung cellular device starting with the NOTE 7. Remember that device? I reminisce about the NOTE 7 from time to time. Anyway. I've never been happier with my S24 Ultra. I use it for work, school, social media, usong Galaxy AI to search recipes to cook and 5 for my family. I'm constantly checking for new tips on how to execute new tasks, check for upgrades and/or add ons. I am a proud Samsung cellular device owner and I wouldn't change for any other device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I thought that I'd made a bad purchase. I'm on a limited income and a Caregiver.
However as time has passed. I cannot think of a better product to have in these trying times.
Before this moment, allow me to share a bit of perspective. I am an artist and have always dreamed of success in the media arts. Just as I made plans to finally pursuit this dream, I became a caregiver for a family friend of which is a quadriplegic.
Despite all the struggles, I've not only found a solution to continue to create with Galaxy A.I., but the Galaxy S24 Ultra is my personal assistant that has never failed me.
From taking notes about medications to late night recording sessions to work out ideas as well as my best outlet to for escapism as time allows to just enjoy myself with its various capabilities that enable me to do most all tasks, stay mentally and emotionally healthy and entertained.
The GS24Ultra has a tough outer shell combined with powerful internal abilities that has rendered me with zero regrets.
Thank you so very much Samsung for this phenomenal product and I look forward to future products to enjoy.
