These speck cases used to have grippys in the lined detail of the phone that helped prevent the case from slippin and slidin. Now, they are just intentions on the plastic, so the phone is quite slippery, unless you lay it face down. There is grip on the rubber framing the phone screen. I’ve dropped the phone many times, and the case is still very protective, just wish it was less slippery like they used to be!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
