Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good device to have. It protects indoor electrical devices from surges. When you plug it in the electrical plug is small flat and curved so it doesn't interfere with other things plugged into the wall and hard to knock it off the wall. The wire looks very sturdy and well made. It has both USB and USBC ports. It's great to charge multiple cell phones and anything else that charges with USB. It has six outlets which is plenty for things to charge at the same time. It has 2 nail hooks that can be attached to the wall. Overall a good surge protector.

Basic strip but sleek

The USB and USBC additions are great since a lot of cords don't come with blocks now. I really loved the cord thickness and material. Overall it's basic but sleek I like it.

Disappointing power strip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to see the fabric-like cord on this power strip because I have had issues before with cords that don ‘t lay flat. Sadly this cord doesn t allow the outlet bar to lay flat and the cord curls. This issue makes the cord difficult to use in tight places and behind furniture. The number of outlets is misleading because only 3 chargers fit at one time. The USB and USB-C worked just fine which is why I gave the 2-star rating.

Great addition to our home office for convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both work remotely full time from our dining room so we have multiple power strips in use to power all of our electronics spread across multiple wall outlets. I tried this one out as an "overflow" power strip to lighten the load from another one that was filled to capacity and harder to plug/un-plug easily. I used it with 2 laptop adaptors and my cell phone charger. I used the USB-C outlet periodically for charging my earbuds. I will relocate it permanently once we reallocate for our optimum setup. This power strip had many useful features: •6 standard spacing outlets. This is good for an additional power strip but not as good for a main one. My biggest complaint is that it does not have any widely spaced outlets for larger adapters. Larger adapters would consume two of the outlets. •6' heavy duty braided cord with flat plug - I appreciate the plug is angled at 45 degrees so it does not interfere with simultaneous use of other devices in the outlet which is a complaint of my older power strips. The flat plug design also fits nicely behind furniture taking up less space than older power strips. •On/off switch with LED indicator. •Contains 2 USB ports (1 USB-A & 1 USB-C) which I find very convenient for my various smaller electronics. •Plugs fit tightly into the outlets. I would definitely recommend this power strip for home usage.

Excellent surge protector

I particularly like the rope cord rather than plastic which feels elevated for such a utilitarian tool. It took me a while to get the hang of plugging in my laptop charger but now I know that I need to push it in harder than usual.. which I assume also means it’s more secure and safer too! Highly recommend.

Simple Useful and Plenty of Spaces

It is incredible convenient to have the USB charging points and be able to plug in phone cords directly for charging. We set up ours behind our sofa and have been able to plug in components needed for our wifi chargers and other devices like speakers. We enjoyed trying out this product and anticipate getting a lot of use out of it!

Compact and USB Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was very impressed with the Staples Tech 6-Outlet + 2 USB Surge Strip. It’s a great size—not too big—yet it easily accommodates multiple devices at once. The build quality is solid and the cord feels durable and well-made. That said the cord is quite bulky which can make it tricky to hide or use in tighter spaces. We used this power strip to plug in a speaker and several rechargeable kids’ toys and it handled everything with no issues. I really appreciated the six available outlets which gave us plenty of flexibility. The built-in USB ports are a great bonus—we use them to charge a phone and it’s nice not having to use a separate adapter. What I liked most about this surge protector is the combination of size number of outlets and the USB option. It’s a practical and well-designed solution for managing multiple devices in one place.
