[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo water dispenser is great. It works as expected. The water dispensed is cold, or hot; tastes great and dispenses as it should.
Our family had really enjoyed having this water dispenser. Water bottles are easy to refill as the space between the spout and bottom drain catch area is very long. Easy to use and has been consistently cool water for drinking.
Pros: works well. Water is great temperature-either cold or hot. Water tastes great! Dispenser works well.
Cons: the only con we have found is the water refill stations are out of service near us. We have several locations nearby (which is a plus!) but all of them are not working. The stores are aware of the problem, state they have reported it and will simply allow you to buy a new one. Refills are significantly cheaper however, and they have been charging us the refill price. This is the one frustration we have had with this product.
Overall this product is wonderful. I recommend it for anyone looking for filtered water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Primo Water Dispenser. I put it in my dining room. So simple to set up and use with no plumbing. Cold water or hot water with a push of a button. I don't drink tap water and this saves so much money on bottled water. Great alternative to bottled water. Better for the environment. Taste great and easy to use. My family loves it and I definitely don't have to find room in the fridge for all that bottled water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Primo Water Dispenser as I wanted a water dispenser that was not too expensive that worked well and had something for the hot water. This water dispenser fit the bill. It is very easy to use, just press the button down. For the hot water you slide the red slider up well pressing the button down and the water comes out hot enough for your favorite cup of hot chocolate or if you prefer tea.

I set it up fairly quick I followed the instructions as the booklet stated after I put the water gallon in. The water tasted very fresh and crisp. It was clean and cool. The hot water dispenser works very well I'm glad that's added it is very helpful when you want hot water. The water stays cold and taste fresh all the time. It's easy to put a new gallon of jug in. Parts that are removable can be washed easily. I'm very pleased with this water dispenser works great and it's excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually drink bottle water at our house cause we have hard water. So was excited to try this out and see if it would work. The water isn't bad and was also simple to use. It gives you the option to choose between hot or cold water. My kids loves that it has hot water option because they love making hot chocolate with it. I love that it has a child lock feature on the hot side so my kids don't end up burning thenselves. It's also lightweight and not to big so can easily be moved if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Primo Water Dispenser! It was super easy to setup and looks great in my kitchen. The cold water us the perfect temperature and the hot is also just right. It has a switch you can turn on and off if you prefer to only use either hot or cold, one for both. I love that feature! The water tastes fresh and my family loves this dispenser. It also has a safety feature you can use if you like to prevent falling over. I definitely recommend the Primo Water Dispenser. I cannot imagine not having it now that we do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited I finally got a chance to set this up in my home. We have really been working on drinking more water in my family and this is totally helping it is there just a basic one. It does have hot and cold water. It’s not too hard to clean these. Need to make sure you do it regularly or you’ll get like kind of water stains on the bottom the bottles I did get them pretty easily and you can get them refilled pretty cool. My son drinks a lot of water at night time and he always comes in the kitchen and wakes everybody up using the refrigerator and the dogs bark with it as he can do it quietly and not wake anybody up overnight so that’s been really nice it doesn’t make any noise it would be really great an office setting as well. I think you just have to buy those little cups if you want or just use your own cup either way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this water dispenser! It was easy to unbox, not too heavy, and easy to set up. This water dispenser is perfect for the home or a small office. Simply plug in and it's ready to dispense hot and cold water! There is an attachment for the wall to keep it in place, but I feel that we didn't need that. It stays in place well. The attachment would be smart to use if there are young children around. The dispenser can fit the large water container or smaller one. It is easy to distinguish the hot and cold water dispensers. There are switches in the back of the dispenser to turn on the hot and cold features. I would highly recommend this!
