I was in desperate need of some power cords and while doing my weekly clearance round (Staples always has the greatest clearance) I came across these bad larry's and the where on sale $5 each! (Insert happy dance here) Woot! woot! I immediately went home and switch the dilapidated potentially fire causing old ones sprinkled haphazardly around my house. They are perfect. The switch works wonders meaning it actually turns on and off. The cord is a good enough length that you can put out and power off your devices if you so choose... and I do.

My home office has power outlets that are up to code...but not enough for my office equipment. This power strip allows me to power my printer modem etc. from one spot and shut them all off at the end of the work day.
