This power strip is a great value. Slim design, great price, best warranty out there. What more could you ask for? Better buy two if you are using this at work; once others see what you have, they will want one, too.

Great Product for the Price

The surge protector does what it is meant to do. There is only one "Protected" LED light. I wish that it had a "Grounded" LED light too. There's a transformer plug at the end which is large enough to have a Mac (Magsafe) charger there without it pulling out too often because the surge protector extends for a few more inches after the plug. I advise that you know what you're looking for in a product because if you have 6 Mac Magsafe 85W adapters, 6 of them won't fit on this one because the plugs are on top of each other instead of left and right of each other. Since, I only really have one Magsafe charger and normal plug ins, I'm set and this is a really good product. My only problem is that this isn't in pure white. It has an offwhite plastic color. However, that isn't a problem at all. So, overall, you should get it if you get a good price for it.

Excellent Design

I purchased several of these for our offices and they are great. The chord length works for every workstation I ran one to. The heavily insulated chord can take a beating and I don't have to worry about it wearing out or breaking. And the narrow outlet design allows this surge protector to be slid behind a door or next to a desk out of the way.

Great Surge Suppressor nice price

We bought 6 of these after Sandy. All of the other ones in our house burned out and one did not protect our stove these were from another company and twice the price for the same amount of joules. So far they are working great. Love the warranty. the 6 foot cord is perfect for anywhere in the house. If it is too long just coil it up. Reaches most other places so it can be hidden will buy again if needed.

Good, Not Perfect

If you look closely at the guarantee you will find that there are so many ifs, ands and buts that it doesn't really cover much of anything. That aside, if you understand that these (and most Surge Protectors) will not protect you from lighting strike surges, these are a fair deal - not spectacular, but fair. They will help protect from regular power fluctuations. To get good surge protection, you need to invest in either an uninterrupted power supply unit (for other tan appliances) or a whole house surge protector installed at the main breaker box. The whole house option is probably the best, and really, it doesn't cost any more than a new fridge or other expensive electrical item.
