I can stick these to painted surfaces such as door and walls without fear of the paint pulling off when I remove it (tape pulled the paint right off of the door).

I use the Post it Pop up Dispenser #PRO330 and the Staples brand pop up notes work great. Save the money and use Staples brand. Plus the mellow yellow color is easy on your eyes.
