Letter sorter holds paper hold any colored paper. Specially paper that is important or has writting on it that needs to be orginzied in A-Z order. color is fine not blinding. The gery inside color goes/blends well two colores that were made for each other in this Satples Every Day Letter size (only) file sorter A-Z brand by Smead. Price is right not tooo expensive not to cheep good price. Again A-Z blue/grey Everyday sorter holds paper just right does not stick out. If you are using legal size paper and you want to use this Every Day A-Z sorter by Smead than item is not for you. Legal size paper weather it is white or colored paper sticks out at the bottom of the book and the top of the book so can not used A-Z Staples Smead sorter on legal size paper just letter size documents. Yes i would buy it & recommend to co-workers.
