With the amount of paperwork we use in the office having a way to store it in an easy-to-find alphabetical order is one of the biggest time savers we have. Everything from open purchase orders open payables invoices correspondences statements memos -- you name it these sorters make keeping things nice and neat. They're also pretty durable. One of the sorters we have is three years old and is only now starting to show some wear and it gets a lot of business opening and closing.
