Great Organizational Tool

As someone who has to carry a satchel-full of papers around daily this sorter has made it much easier for me to find what I need quickly and efficiently without becoming bulky and cumbersome like many accordion files can. It slides in my satchel easily next to my laptop and does not get in the way when I am looking through my bag for other things. I am quickly realizing I do not want to try to live without it!

Keeping my ABCs in order

As a teacher I have a lot of papers to file for students and little time to get it done. This sorter greatly reduces the time it takes me to organize and file the plethora of papers that I accumulate over time for the children. It is easy to use the letters are clear and easy to read and the dividers and easy to manipulate - making putting papers in and taking them out an easy chore. This should be standard issue for each classroom. My one suggestion would be that the letters be turned 90 degrees - though this is just my preference..

Not an office supply but a gift from the Gods

This product took my pre-file pile from a clustered mess of insanity to a deeply organized oasis of productivity. As a senior paralegal in a busy law office it is difficult (nay impossible) to immediately file every sheet of paper that comes across my desk so I use this sorter to store documents until a rare slow day comes along then easily transport it to the file room and place them accordingly. It fits beautifully into the small cabinet in my desk and documents go from my inbox to my desktop where they are reviewed and dealt with then into the sorter. A bonus is documents that haven't been filed yet but are needed by the attorneys are found immediately instead of looking like a flustered loon rifling through a stack of incoherency while stating "It's around here somewhere!" It is one of the greatest office supply inventions ever and I would recommend everyone buy one. Better yet buy two because trust me you'll want one for home as well.
