Nice quality but clumsy while taking photos

taking photos is difficult with this case. you have to hold the cover to keep it from obstruction the lenses.

i bought one of these cases when the phone was first released. over the course of a couple of months the black color started peeling off, revealing a sticky grey base. this only got worse over time but i assumed it was just one bad case. eventually, i got sick of the peeling so i bought a replacement. here i am a few months down the road from the purchase and this case is peeling too. i like the design, the functionality and the protection the case offers but the quality of the cover material is just terrible. i wish i'd checked here first as i've read at least two other reviews mentioning the peeling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only decent way to protect your screen

i have mixed feelings about this case. it's a good idea because it protects your screen and every other glass screen protector i've tried makes the ultrasonic fingerprint reader almost useless. there is one by dome that uses uv adhesive that is supposed to be good though. the flap gives you the s-view when closed but it isn't as handy as i thought it would be. the flap gets in the way when taking pictures though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not store S-Pen?

i thought that this case would allow the s-pen to be stored inside it along with the ultra 5g phone too. but, it does not appear to do so - is there a _different_ s-view case that does allow this?

i love this cover/case. it says gray but comes off as more white than gray. it is made pretty specifically made for right handed people and will be a pain for left handed people if you want to quickly view notifications on the cover when it's closed.
it fully encases the phone, and like the s9+ i traded in for the s21 ultra, i wish it had the "stand" feature that was part of the cover as to be able to watch a video hands free. with the industries largest camera array out there, i don't think that was possible with this case, but overall i still love it.
it has a certain feel to it but you get used to it pretty quick.
answering calls on the cover is pretty flawless and sounds phenomenal while talking with the cover closed

Cover left scratch marks on screen

just letting you know that the s-view cover for the new s21 ultra is damaging phones. i installed the cover on my phone before my screen protector arrived. the spine on the cover allows the s-view window to move back and forth against the screen. since my s-view cover has a slightly sharp ridge it scratched my screen leaving scratches right along we’re the s-view cover touches the screen. dont buy this without a screen protector.
