The first heater I received came with the glass tube broken. I called the company, sent pictures as proof and they immediately refunded me the whole amount. I ordered another one and it came intact. Very easy to put together. I think it only took about 15 minutes. The ignition works perfectly and the flame is very noticeable and looks amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
