Tumbler seized and easy to break

Bought this lock cable and used it to secure my camera near my hunt spot back in late August. Tried to remove my camera at the end of bow season in my area on Nov 1, found the tumbler had jammed and would not work with either key. Poured methanol deicer into tumbler thinking it might have gotten water in it and froze up. No worries, after breaking both keys with surprising ease, i accidentally pulled the cable from the crimp on the backside of the tumbler while barely even trying. So not only does it not work properly with the key, but anyone can easily steal your camera with a half-hearted tug on the cable itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Puisque mes caméras sont sur des terres publiques, je me dois de mettre un dispositif de sécurité. Ce produit est génial pour protéger mes caméras et pour ma tranquillité d'esprit.
