Cabinet Color

I bought three of the 4 Shelf Cabinets years ago and need to purchase additional cabinets, but I cannot find the same "Putty" color I already have to match the existing cabinets. Please make the lighter color available again. Clearly, customer feedback indicates preference for the beige/platinum/putty shade. The "Flat Grey" is unattractive and a poor choice by your product team!

THIS CABINET IS SO VERSATILE AND NEUTRAL IN APPEARANCE THAT IT CAN BE USED IN ANY ROOM OF THE HOUSE. BEING RESTRICTED TO ONE DARK COLOR HAMPERS OUR ABILITY TO MATCH ROOM DECOR. HAVING A CHOICE WITH THE FORMER PUTTY COLOR WOULD GREATLY ENHANCE OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PURCHASING OF THIS USEFUL, VERSATILE CABINET ! THX !

I bought this cabinet 2 years ago to store my laundry supplies. The shelves have started to bend and crack. I’d like to replace the shelves without being required to replace the entire cabinet. Is this an option?

Flat Gray SUCKS! Bring back PLATINUM!

Why did Sterilite change the color? This darker "Flat Gray" looks oxidized & UV damaged in the retail store displays & shows dust bad. Sterilite your loyal customers are begging you to bring back your original color Platinum

Hello! After much research we choose the colors that follow popular trends and seem suitable for plastic storage or household items. Major retailers also do their own surveys, and request the colors that are most popular in the mass market. Color trends go in cycles, and there is always the possibility of a color returning as a future favorite again.

Great features even for different use.

I am in a mobile home that does not have closets in my room. I have purchased 2 of these cabinets and plan to purchase more. I have modified the use of the cabinet to use for a clothes closet. I put clothes rods across the top and bottom sections, using closet rod socket ends and screwing the wood dowels to the wall. The completed closet holds my pants, hung on two levels. Another closet will be made to hold my tops. I will use one cabinet as storage as it is made, but having extra shelves from the other cabinets I can make shelves at levels to help me and as many as I need. The cabinets are uniform, nice looking and compact enough to give me extra room. I am excited about improving the use and look of my room.

Cabinet color

Have some putty color and wanted to add more to the garage. Internet shows several people looking for the same thing. Not buying black.
Bad decision on Sterilite’s part to rid of the popular putty color.

durable with good looks!

We use this cabinet in several locations around the house and barn. It is sturdy enough to withstand daily use in the barn for tools and horse grooming supplies, and the doors have a secure latch feeling when you close them to keep out dirt and dust. We also use it in the house to store paper supplies, paper towels, facial tissue, toilet paper and other storage containers. It looks great and holds plenty of spare household cleaning supplies. We really like these cabinets and have 5 in use around our home and barn!
