Bought this for an every day use knife and so glad I did. Very comfortable to cut vegetables and to prepare chicken and meat strips for stir fry cooking. Well made from German Steel.

This is a really versitile small knife. Use it for slicing raw and cooked meat into strips and also bigger veggies such as peppers and onions.The curved bolster really sets these knives apart from the competition. It makes the knife feel very comfortable in the hand when using the proper pinch grip and reduces wrist fatigue.

Super knife from the Pro series; the 6" utility is a great all-around for so many tasks! The newer, updated bolster gives more comfort and support and the ice-hardened blade is super durable and sharp. Have it for years and find it will not rust or chip.

I love that with this knife I can use the full blade because of the curved bolster. It also has a slight curve so I can use it as a rocking motion too. I use this for slicing, dicing, chopping, carving, peeling, etc. Perfect for light to medium kitchen tasks.

Zwilling's own centuries-old German stainless steel formula paired with angled bolster and curved blade make this utility usable by all cutting/holding techniques. Tough as nails 3-rivet handle as well.

Sharp and comfortable to use

I love the "Pro" line of knives because they are so unique in design and you can really tell how much thought was put into every detail. The handle is so comfortable, both in shape and the material it's made of. The blade is so sharp and stays sharp for a long time. There is a curve in the metal where the blade meets the handle that makes it very comfortable for fingers to rest.
