This knife does it all in the kitchen. It is made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. The bolster is curved and perfect to hold with pinch grip. My daughter uses this knife as her go to knife, it is smaller than an 8" chef but acts like one.

I suspect it is much like the carving knife, which I plan to get, when the two piece set is back in stock. Will be nice for carving or slicing a chicken or anything smaller than a turkey.

This utility knife will slice your meat, fish or veggies beautifully. The special formula stainless steel of the Pro will have lasting durability and sharpness, so you never worry about the blade sawing through your food. Also with the curved bolster, you can grip your slicer knife with ease and comfort. A great alternative to the 8” carving knife, if you are looking for a smaller blade that will be great to slice food but not as daunting of a size.

This 6" utility is a great knife and a great price. The best part about it is the ergonomic handle and innovative curved bolster making your pinch grip more comfortable than it has ever been. The German blade is forever durable and stays sharp for a really long time.

You have to put this knife in your hand to appreciate the differences. The innovative design of the bolster allows for full use and sharpening of the blade.
The rise between the blade and handle is a comfortable spot for your thumb and index finger. You will slice like a Pro.
Super sharp, durable and well balanced. this is my go to knife for slicing longer vegetables and fruits. Excellent for slicing muffins and cakes
