[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have changed my life. I hate public places and have a hard time tuning out the noises, with these there is no comparison in my opinion. I use my earbuds everyday for between 5-15 hr. So something that is comfortable, that has a small profile, that fits in the ear with no pressure is a win in my book. The sound quality is 10/10, the quality is 10/10, the look and feel is 10/10. I normally have a hard time because of pressure on the bone in my ear but not these bad boys. They truly have made my life differences. I will have them for as long they are working. Thank you to the team that designed these.

We noted your concerns regarding the buds falling out as well as one of the buds not charging. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips. It's important to ensure you have the right size tips for your ears. A proper fit will help eliminate any gaps between your ear and the ear tip, which can prevent sound leaks and ensure optimal audio quality. If you need instructions for changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro. Since you’ve already experimented with the extra tips, you can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm you have the correct fit. Regarding the right bud not charging, we recommend checking out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
