Dies very fast

When I use them, the right one dies quickly, in half an hour it's at 15% after starting with a full charge. The left one is at 59% still not good. Something is wrong with them. Can I get a replacement set? They are crap.

If you’re still experiencing issues, consider resetting your earbuds by placing them in the charging case with the lid open and pressing the touchpads for about 7 seconds until the LED indicator blinks. It seems like they are good but the one i got are defected. Since day one the right ear plug doesn't work properly. Mist of the time it turns off. One time on a call bith if yhem were turning off and on.
I would like to give the product another try. Would like new one to try.
