If you're having trouble with the charging case, we recommend a few steps to enhance your experience. First, please check that the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean, as dust can affect charging. Additionally, make sure you’re using a compatible charging cable and adapter, and consider testing with different ones to see if that helps. Restarting the Buds can also be effective; just place them back in the case, close the lid for about 10 seconds, and then reopen it. Updating your firmware through the Galaxy Wearable app ensures you have the latest optimizations.
