Never again.

The audio quality and clarity during phone calls were good. However, the earbuds' tendency to fall out of my ears significantly detracted from the user experience, leading me to conclude that this product is not a worthwhile investment.

The Buds3 Pro features a Dual Amplifier powered by our first-ever independently controlled woofer and tweeter, allowing you to experience a broad spectrum of sound. To enhance your experience even further, it’s important to ensure you have the right ear tip size for your ears, as a proper fit can significantly improve comfort and sound quality. The Buds3 Pro comes with a selection of ear tips, so be sure to find the right size to eliminate any gaps that might cause sound leaks. If you need assistance with changing the tips, you can check out our guide for detailed instructions. Once you have the right tips on, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks, insert them correctly, and angle them slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth. Adjusting the buds until they feel just right will also enhance your experience. Good overall but it could get better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i think it is a good device, however, it hasn't fulfill my expectations, cause I was waiting for a device with a good equalization and a good sound because of the price, but I think the sound is decent, what I don't like is noise canceling, cause even though I'm wearing the earphones with the noise canceling active and playing music, I can still hear my environment, and don't get me wrong, the ANC is decent, but I really think it can be better, maybe with a software actualization so the users can enjoy the product

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Mason. We hate to see that one of your buds are not charging, but we’re here to help you get that right side charging. To start, please ensure you’re using an approved charger. We recommend using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). If you prefer wireless charging, make sure to place the case directly in the center of the charging pad for the best results. If there’s a cover on your charging case, we suggest removing it, as it can sometimes interfere with the wireless charging process. It’s also important to check that the earbuds are seated correctly inside the case—if they aren’t positioned accurately, the charging contacts won’t connect properly. We encourage you to inspect the charging contacts for any debris like dust or wax that could affect the connection. If your Galaxy Buds have ear tips or wingtips, ensure they are installed correctly, as this can influence how well they fit in the case as well. Keep an eye on the indicator lights. A red flash on the outside might indicate an external power issue. If the lights don’t respond as expected, try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger for about 10 minutes. Lastly, it’s a good idea to check both the earbuds and the charging case for any signs of damage, as this can impact their performance. If the right bud still won’t charge after trying these steps, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so we can further assist you.
