Great sound quality

Galaxy buds 3 have problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features of the galaxy buds 3 pro are good because of the galaxy ai features but the earbuds will make a static noise when in noise canceling if no audio is being Played. If you are hold your earbuds outside of the case they may make a loud squeaking noise that is annoying.

If you're experiencing a static sound when the features are turned off, it might be helpful to run a software update.
When an update is available for the earbuds, the Galaxy Wearable app will notify you with a pop-up. Just tap "Update" and follow the prompts. The earbuds will disconnect from your phone during this process. Once the update is complete, they will automatically reconnect.
To manually check for software updates, follow these steps based on the type of earbuds you have:
1. Insert the earbuds into the charging case, leaving the lid open.
2. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet, and tap "Earbud settings."
3. Tap "Earbuds software update," then tap "Download and install." The update process will begin if an update is available.

We understand that microphone performance is crucial for staying connected with others, and that issues with it can affect your experience. If the microphone on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro has stopped working, there are a couple of potential remedies depending on the symptoms.
First, try recording something using your earbuds. If the audio is distorted, the microphone may be blocked and in need of cleaning. To clean it, regularly maintain the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct to prevent debris build-up. Use a clean, dry, soft brush or a cotton swab to gently remove any earwax or other debris.
However, if you're not getting any sound at all, it may be time to take your earbuds in for repair. We have partnered with uBreakiFix as an authorized repair location. You can either walk in or make an appointment at any of their locations.

Galaxy Pro 3 Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ear buds do noy stay in your ear securely and I lost one ear bud after only a few weeks of having them and it costs almost the same amount as if I purchased a brand new set of earbuds. And the warranty should cover loss of ear buds because they are not made to stay in-ear. The best version was the galaxy earbud pro rose gold. They lasted the longest and did not fall out of my ear at all. Galaxy AI helped find the ear buds as a back up to what I wanted originally.
