Huge upgrade from previous models!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older set of galaxy buds and stopped using them due to sound quality, comfort and overall usability. These new buds 3 pro are amazing! The sound quality for audio and calls is fantastic. They fit so nicely and do not fall out when doing activities including working out. I absolutely recommend these to anyone!

Amazing sound awkward ear bud shape

Coming from using airpods these sound a million times better. The bass has more punch and the highs really come out. My only complaint is the buds themselves, they are an awkward shape and taking them out of the case is not as ergonomic as the airpods. They have slipped out of my hand countless times to the point I have to make sure I have a really good grip as I pull each one out. Another complaint is the case battery doesn't hold the charge as well brand new ear buds should in my opinion. I use them throughout the day usually no more than 15 minutes each time and at the end of the day the case has a charge of 50-60 %. Other than those two issues I look forward to using them each time because if the great sound.

I got these and there a lot to say, 1 the microphone is not as good as I was told it sounds very bit like. 2 the audio isn’t good the sourond sound is noticeable and the anc is good but other then that it’s not too good. 3 there glitchy.

This often improves microphone performance. Regarding the audio quality and surround sound, make sure you have configured the sound settings in the Galaxy Wearable app to match your preferences. You can also try adjusting the equalizer settings to enhance your listening experience. If the earbuds are glitchy, placing them in their charging case, closing the lid, and waiting for at least 7 seconds before taking them out and using them again may help. Removing the Galaxy Buds3 Pro from your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing them can also improve stability. I was hoping to love these new Galaxy Buds, especially after upgrading to the S25 Ultra. I appreciate their appearance and design, but honestly, they don't match the quality of my older Galaxy Buds Pro. I've experienced some skipping and glitches during music playback. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years, owning a Pro Book 4, Tab S9 Plus, and Watch 6 Classic, and I value their ecosystem. However, I'm disappointed with the earbuds' quality and believe Samsung's standards have slipped recently. I hope to see improvements if I'm to remain a loyal customer. If you're looking for better quality, I'd recommend considering older Galaxy Buds models. These new earbuds are simply not worth the price. I'm quite disappointed.
