The sound quality is so clear and with the ambient noise canceling features, 360 sound features, and more, these should be a top if not first pick on anyone's list.

We understand that finding the perfect fit with the ear tips is essential for optimizing sound quality, so let's make sure you have the best experience possible. Since you've already tried using the ear tips, we recommend checking to see if you have the right size. Remember, it's important for the ear tips to fit snugly without any gaps, as this helps prevent sound leaks and maximizes audio performance. If you need help with changing the tips, you can refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips, here’s how you can ensure they sit perfectly: Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks—marked as L and R. Insert the R bud into your right ear facing you, and do the same with the L bud on your left side. You might want to angle them slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth, which can help with call clarity.
