I love the hands free commands and the new design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Galaxy buds 3 pros about a month ago and I can't stop myself from using them. The audio quality is amazing and is clear. You have all sorts of ways to customize your audio. The hands free commands features is very convenient! Sometimes I can't grab the earbuds stem so commanding it without having to touch it is a game changer! The design of the earbud is perfect for my ears. Overall it is a solid and very well thought out product and well worth the price!

Loose FIT AND short BATTERY life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds for general purpose calls, social media occasionally viewing a movie. The buds doesn't fit quite well in the ear a slips out easily. The battery life is also short for the first 2 months after purchase I could get 6hrs usage before battery dies now its before 3hrs usage. Galaxy AI may not be able to assist the fit but if possible the usage life of the earbuds need to be extended.

Biggest pieces of trash

These are the biggest pieces of crp I have ever owned. Already have gone through 3 pairs and they all have same issues, problems connecting, problems charging and audio cutting in and out. The original buds were so much better. I can't wait for you guys to make a new Gen so I can throw these in the trash, might just do a new brand all together. Straight garbage headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
