Super comfy and quality sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had almost every single pair of samsung ear buds all of were great but the buds 3 pro are my favorite. The bean style was nice but they'd slip out here and there so it was a little irritating to keep adjusting other than that the previous buds were great. The galaxy buds 3 pro however are amazing comfortable and have amazing sound quality. They fit like a dream with no adjusting and they look awesome I love the blade lights they make them look so futuristic I love them. The sound is crisp, clear, and banging.

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is amazing. It connects to my phone and computer extremely fast. I really enjoy watching shows and playing games with no audio delay now.
The extras feature are really helpful. Also now having buds that light up is a really cool feature. Makes them stand out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 are great at noise cancelation but they lack the defining features the previous models as in touch controls but make up for it in the press controls that I find a little better but the buds don't really fit my ears well even with switching to other ear tips

Great idea poor implementation

When I charge the case the Buds don't charge correctly. It's hit or miss whether they charge. I was going to send them in and they started working again. I wasted my money

First, make sure the charging case is clean and free of debris. Sometimes, dirt can affect the charging process. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the pins and the earbuds in the case. Next, check that you're using the correct charging cable and adapter. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to work best with the original charging accessories provided. Additionally, it’s a good idea to ensure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case. A secure fit is essential for them to charge effectively. If the earbuds are still not charging consistently, try resetting them. You can do this by going to the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device.
