I truly enjoy my bud 3 pro! Love the sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy bud 3 pro at work and the noise cancelation is the best! They are very comfortable in my ear and the sound quality is awesome! I use them with my Galaxy 24 FE phone and my Galaxy watch 6 series. I pair them all together and able to access Galaxy AI, phone contacts and Spotify.

They're fine when they work

The OK:
The audio quality and noise protection are fine, I'm not an expert so I don't know how competitive they are.
The fit is a little loose (I have tried the different pads), but as long as you aren't working out its fine.
Battery works for me, charge case every couple days. buds and case both charge fast.
The Bad:
But I have had several issues with the earbuds making deafening screeches (unprompted), boosting surrounding ambient noise to a nauseating level when in ambient mode, and the microphone completely failing after 6 months of moderate use (failing to pick up anything while on a call and producing static when running tests in the voice recorder app). The last problem might have been caused by a software update (just a guess), I am going in to try to get them repaired.
Connects to phone and tablet fine, but if you save it as on option on a (non-Samsung) laptop it will try to connect even when the laptop is closed and not playing audio (stealing the audio from a phone that is playing audio)
Phone I used when getting these results.

When enabling Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound, the sound from the sub-microphone (located on the top outer edge of your earbuds) is adjusted by the noise control mode and then transmitted through the speaker. However, touching or covering this area while putting on, removing, or adjusting your buds may cause the microphone to pick up sound, resulting in a beeping or howling noise. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can automatically fine-tune audio settings like Ambient Sound, Adaptive Sound, and Active Noise Cancelling to improve your listening experience during music or calls. You can also manually enable these features via the Galaxy Wearable app. For more information, see the linked online article. If your microphone indicates concerns, it might be time for a firmware update, which can be done through the Wearable app. We also appreciate your feedback about the buds automatically connecting to your laptop when opened; this may be due to recent connections. To prevent this, manually disconnect them from your PC when not in use or disable auto-switching on your PC. Troubleshooting help is available in the Samsung Members app, where you can submit error reports, get real-time support, and review logs of your reports and their status. Surprisingly Good Headphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wanted to have them. I was mad they were starting to look like Crapple products and I hated the paper button but I got used to that. Being able to adjust the volume is awesome. I still have my old buds but now I just wear these. They for very well. The only thing that still doesn't work great is the auto switch devices option. It never works right. These are not good peace and switching back and forth between the phone and computer. I have a windows computer and phone Link/Samsung account don't make it work better either. I wish it did, that would be so great. Please make it discoverable with the case closed 🙏

Here’s a quick guide to help you maximize your use of the Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro, along with tips on what to do if Pinch Control isn’t functioning correctly.

**Pinch Control:**
- **Press the pinch area** until you hear a clicking sound.
- **Single pinch:** Play/Pause a song, Answer/End a call, Stop the “Read notifications aloud” feature, Stop using “Voice detection” or “Siren detection” features.
- **Double pinch:** Play the next song.
- **Triple pinch:** Play the previous song. (If you pinch three times within 3 seconds after a song starts, it will play from the beginning.)
- **Pinch and hold:** Activate a preset function (default is noise control mode) or reject a call.

**Swipe Control:**
- **Slide your finger along the swipe area.**
- **Swipe up and down:** Adjust the volume.

Horrible execution

So the find my earbud never works no matter how close I am I can literally tap the earbud with my phone and it doesn't do anything also the live translate doesn't work with s23+ apparently my phone is to old
