Huge upgrade from Buds2 Pro

Traded in my Buds2 Pros for these and immediately knew they would be miles better. The noise-cancelling feature is unbelievable. You really have to concentrate to hear outside noise. The sound quality is top-notch. The fit, which was my main issue with the Buds2 Pros, is greatly improved. Looking forward to continuous use.

Zero ear fatigue and secure fit, love the voice controls.. anc is good, could be better.. mics are great for calls.. wish you could have the blade lights on with just one bud in.. but maybe that will be a firmware update later... 4.5 stars

Great sound, poor over all performance.

This device sounds amazing. The noise cancelation is excellent. I pass through audio, although there is almost always a slight hiss audible in the background is also very good.
The disappointment, however, lies with the battery life and bluetooth performance. The bud 2 pros, were able to go around a hundred feet away from the device. These get close to 30 and start cutting out, which is average, the battery life of the case and the buds themselves have also been diminished from previous models. Overall, if you are happy with your current esrbuds, these are NOT the buds you are looking to upgrade to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding battery life, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of playtime per charge, and you can extend that to 30 hours with a fully charged case. To maximize battery performance, we recommend a few adjustments. For instance, when you're not using the earbuds, keep them in the charging case with the cover closed. Additionally, you can manage your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app if you're on Android, or the Galaxy Buds app if you're using iOS. These small tweaks can help conserve battery power for those times when you really need it. As for Bluetooth performance, while the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers robust connectivity, you might find that staying within a closer range can enhance your listening experience. Too many problems!

I've had issue with this within a month of getting it. First off the ear tips are fragile to the point that they broke when I tried to remove them. When I try to charge the buds I'm constantly getting the message saying my buds stopped charging because it something was wrong with the contacts to charge. I have to pull them out the case and back in multiple times to get it to charge. The microphone also stopped working on the left side and the right side sounds muffled when talking to others. Contacting support didn't help other then having to buy another. Not worth the headache with all the issues

Regarding the ear tips, we understand that they should be sturdy and reliable, but we understand that accidents can happen. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. For the charging concerns, we recommend double-checking that you're using an approved charger, as non-certified chargers can sometimes cause problems. Ensure that the charging case is fully charged, and try removing and reinserting the earbuds multiple times for a secure connection. If the problem persists, please check the earbuds for any visible damage. We also noted your concerns about the microphone. To help improve sound quality, try cleaning the microphone hole and speaker to remove any debris that could be blocking sound input. Use a dry, soft brush or a cotton swab for this. Restarting the earbuds may also resolve the mic concerns. You can do this by putting the earbuds back into their case, closing them for a few seconds, and then removing them again. If that doesn't do the trick, consider resetting them through the Galaxy Wearable app. We appreciate your feedback and would love to help you get the best experience out of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Dumb design with the stems. Uncomfortable. Screeches if you cover the headphone while its in your ear, possibly causing ear damage. Got these in November and misplaced them recently. Can't track the case, only the earbuds. Which is soooo pointless. The fact that you spend so much on headphones and you can't even really track them. Only when they're out of the case. Guess someone found some brand new headphones. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
