Battery life feels alot less then the pro 2 i really likes the pro2 design and battery life and which the pro3 sometims they don't charge or when I put them in the case the don't and they don't charge as fast as the past set

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro actually offers up to 26 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to 30 hours with a fully charged case. To improve battery performance, please ensure you are using the latest software and check the optimized settings available in the Samsung Wearable app. If you are experiencing charging concerns, the earbuds should charge properly when placed in the case. If they aren’t charging, please make sure that the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris. Confirm that the charging case has enough power by connecting it to a power source using the provided cable. If this persists, try resetting the earbuds in the Wearable app by selecting them, going to 'About Earbuds,' and tapping 'Reset.'
