Charging problems

These have issues in charging , sometimes thjey charge all the way sometimes they don . There's times one ear bud will charge 100% and the other will only go to between 30 and 40 %. Wish I would of went with the Bose . One plus when they work they do sound good

To improve your experience, we recommend checking that the charging pins on both the earbuds and the case are clean, as dirt can affect charging efficiency. You might also try resetting your earbuds by placing them in the case, opening the lid, and holding down the touchpads on both earbuds for a few seconds until the LED flashes. Additionally, keeping your earbuds updated with the latest firmware via the Galaxy Wearable app is an excellent way to ensure optimal performance. My mom lost her earbuds pro

I live my Samsung Earbuds Pro 3. The fit is great and I'm satisfied with the sound. I bought my mom a pair for her birthday as well. She lost it not even a week after. The people that found my mom's buds try to connect them to their own phone and it told them to return it to it owner and provided them my mom's email address. I was so happy that my mother got them back. I Love Samsung products!!

Inferior to Buds2 Pro

Less volume than prior gen. Included tips have made these unusable. If I'm moving at all, these will fall out of my ears. Ive tried all tip sizes and it makes no difference. A coworker friend has gone back to his buds2 pro after months of trying to make the buds3 pro work. Those still using them only have complaints. I cant eat or even chew gum while using these. The simple action of chewing will cause these to fall out of my ears. It's getting ridiculous. I'm hoping Comply will release tips soon as theyre memory foam and may help keep these in my ears. The live translation AI features are sweet! Everyone at my work is hispanic and the amount of spanish spoken is equal to english. I now have a voice in my ear live translating what everyone around me is saying and its awesome! Some secret agent spy shiz. But hot darn please start all over on tip design because I've never had IEMs fall out of my ears and the buds2 pro certainly stayed put.

I, along with many other people who wear buds, maybe 30% of the time, can't press a button on the buds, because our hands are in something whether it be chemicals or soap, or cow shid...
Why would yall make it button enabled? I kept my galaxy buds 2, and gave the 3s to my wife.
